‍Integrative, psychedelic, salutogenic therapy groups and retreats, designed for transformative journeys towards healing and greater well-being.

Self-inquiry for greater joy and growth.

Ketamine-assisted therapy group programs and retreats are a safe and effective way for deep and meaningful explorations of our inner worlds, in a safe and structured environment and with expert guidance of licensed and highly experienced therapists and physicians.

By building bridges between powerful medicine, trauma informed modalities, contemplative, somatic practices and therapy/integration work, we help participants explore how to develop a deeper connection to themselves, to others, and to the world, often with reduced defensiveness and greater self-acceptance, for reduction in mental health symptoms and greater wellbeing.

Opening up to your inner healer.

Ketamine assisted journeys may help open the doors of the mind, heart, and body to see what lies within and (re)awaken forgotten parts of ourselves.  New, clear insight may emerge to expand the capacity for action, with an expanded sense of vitality, joy & purpose.

We empower and support participants to be leaders of their own journeys, tapping into their inner healer, artist, and truth seeker;
making their own meaning and conclusions, while leaning into a sense of belonging and care. Our integration focus is meant to support this process, to help continue the process of holding one’s experience with curiosity and openness in day-to-day life.

Being human, together.

Our retreats and programs are conducted with an in-depth preparation and integration process, to support the psychedelic experience and the therapeutic process of emotional healing, connectedness and growth.

We are deeply inspired by the power of the group.  In coming together, we support, listen, share authentically, and inspire, creating & feeling a sense of belonging that can be carried back into our lives, relationships, and communities. It’s a true gift we can give each other, being present for one another.

We are committed to creating safe, open spaces where the well-being of the self can be explored and to fostering a community of care and support that lasts long after the retreat or a group program is over.
